Team Meeting 24 November 2006

As always our meeting was very productive:

Finaly we are designing our logo.
We created concept of Synergy Team T-Shirt, which is really cool.
We had really interesting debat about Alcohol vs Marijuana, which one is more
dangerous to use, how our culture influence our point of view on that topic.
And most important thing... Our Team Days are coming, we are going to sing, work and have fun!!!

Team meeting - 17.11.06

For the beginning congratulations for all of us for passing the IN-SIGHT! Synergy Team was the first in our LC that menage to do it! We're the best - aren't we? ;)

We have 6 TN's!

First meeting - 5th November

So, 5th November was our first formal meeting... of course not too formal ;)

We started with some games to get to know each other better... And then we decided who will be responsible for what, so:

1. Tomek - Promotion Manager
2. Janek - eXchange Quality Manager
3. Marta - eXchange Manager
4. Magu - Logistics & Finance
5. Asia - Trainings Manager
6. Magda - Students' Voluntary Service & Grants Manager
7. Organizing Committee President - Ewelina


Maybe later we will write something more about us, but not now :p
Next point in our Agenda was to write what kind of events we will have in our committee and in AIESEC Poland for next month.

Than I present every ways of contact in AIESEC which we will use, and now every if us has million mail boxes :) and we are reading almost 200 communities :p
We talked a little bit about coaching and trainings which we want to have from our Local Trainers Team.

New beginning on LCC :)

As a very proud OCP, I'd like to start from the beginning of Synergy Project 2007 TEAM.

Everything starts on LCC in small village near Warsaw. 27th of October - that was our new beginning :) We've met on first plenary on Friday evening, but we didn't know that we will work as a one team. First day we were all Leaders and Newees. Our first party, Halloween :) It was preety cool.
And than Saturday... Team Building Session and our first great meeting. We built great bridge. It was the most beautiful bridge I've ever seen :)

My expressions after first meeting??? It was awesome , I have really great TEAM. Now I'm sure that we will do the best Synergy ever ;) And what with expressions of other members of team? I hope they will write sth here :)

So now I'm real OCP and I can manage :)
